For each project, the Project Manager will:

Meet and work directly with clients and their representatives, trade professionals, service reps, and other vendors.
Manage all financial aspects of the projects: monitor job costs, prepare and manage change-orders.
Oversee inspections throughout the project.
Create a project plan and schedule and update as is required.
Plan for and procure resources such as, field staff, materials, supplies, etc.
Prepare and execute sub-contractor agreements, oversee all project staff and review invoices.
Oversee submittals, mock-ups and other project related activities.
Oversee safety practices and address preventative measures at all times.
Run weekly jobsite meetings with appropriate parties.
Distribute meeting minutes and maintain information flow among all parties.
Oversee the closeout of the project.

Experience/Skills Required

Minimum of ten years of experience in residential construction, with at least five years with high-end, luxury homes.
Minimum of five years of project management experience, with all of the above duties and responsibilities.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience and skill at Word, Excel and Outlook; MS Project skills are a plus.
Hands-on trade experience is a strong advantage.

Bachelor's degree is a mandatory requirement. Construction, Architecture, Business, or related classes or majors are a plus.
